Green City Mix

Our Green City Mix is a mixture that returns year after year without the need for replanting. A one-off planting is all that is required: the bulbs spread naturally and bring a colourful surprise every spring. With species such as crocuses and grape hyacinths, it creates a great combination of purple and yellow tones between February and May. In this way, it brightens the landscape while providing valuable food for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

Location and soil

Our Green City Mix performs best in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. For optimum root development, we recommend planting before the end of December. We recommend, after planting an initial mowing around the end of June, this will help the mixture flower again in subsequent seasons.

Application

This mixture is particularly suitable for parks, woodland areas and natural areas, but can in fact be used anywhere there is space for natural growth. Thanks to the combination of species, it creates a layered, natural appearance that works well in both traditional and more informal settings.
